HOPE’s state-approved HFA and RCA course is a six-week, interactive training designed to immerse you fully in the daily operations of residential and comprehensive long-term care administration.
RCA (Residential Care Administrator) Candidates: Master the essentials of departmental operations, Indiana employment laws, and residential care regulations necessary for the state’s jurisprudence exam.
HFA (Health Facility Administrator) Candidates: Gain in-depth preparation for the national CORE and NHA exams, including must-know resources, test-taking strategies, and compliance with Indiana’s rules of participation.
Six weeks of live instruction; the first half covers CORE administrative principles applicable to both tracks, the second focuses on HFA-specific regulations.
200 hours of coursework may be applied toward the HFA Administrator-in-Training (AIT) requirement.
Engage with real-world scenarios and regulatory frameworks to build confidence and competence before exam day.
