Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to April 1, 2026 will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received on/after April 1, 2026 will not be refunded, but substitutions are welcomed.

If you are planning to register 6 or more attendees from the same facility/company, please contact Ashley Sabins at asabins@leadingageindiana.org to receive a promo code for 10% off your total registration fee.
