This Emergency Preparedness Concepts and Compliance program will cover the essential elements of the emergency and disaster planning continuum, including preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery based on new CMS requirements that are scheduled to be implemented on November 15, 2017. The training will focus on the new requirements with strong emphasis on the main elements of compliance including risk analysis, policy and procedure development, communications, training/exercises and cooperation/collaboration.
