The successful Director of Health Services will bring 5+ years of experience as a Health Facility Administrator and will have a current HFA license in Indiana. A working knowledge of regulations as well as the ability to lead a team with a focus on quality and excellence is key. Great communication and relationship skills will be necessary as there is daily communication with staff, residents and families. A creative and strategic approach to solving problems will be necessary as will a love of people and a sense of humor.

This role provides leadership and support to the healthcare areas of the Swiss Village campus.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience and the skills required to build healthy teams and to develop staff.
- Great communication skills and follow through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Bachelors of Science in Nursing, or related field
- Current unencumbered Health Facility Administrator’s license in the state of Indiana
- A passion for serving older adults
- This position will report to the CEO.
