Position Summary: 
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing all functions and activities of designated departments. The Chief Operating Officer assists the President in leading and managing the overall operations of the campus in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and Holy Cross Village’s mission and policies while achieving business and financial objectives . This position also is responsible for inspections and surveys and resident assessments and chairs various committees within the organization.
 
Position Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in an applicable area of study.
p. Preferred
Bachelor level education in an applicable area of study.
3-5 years relevant long-term care managerial experience.
p. Preferred
Greater than 5 years relevant long- term care managerial experience.
 
Professional Membership, Licensures, Certifications:
Indiana licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
