Indiana’s Shift from RUGs to PDPM: Readiness, Requirements, and Roadmap to Compliance Web Series

As Indiana transitions from RUG-IV to the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM), staying informed and prepared is critical. This complimentary three-part webinar series, offered in partnership with Blue & Co., is designed to help providers understand the shift, strengthen documentation practices, and align clinical, operational, and financial strategies for success under PDPM.

Sessions will cover key topics including PDPM readiness and workflow updates, interdisciplinary documentation accuracy, restorative nursing and functional outcomes, and financial oversight through QAPI measures. Attendees will also gain insight into reimbursement impacts, common compliance risks, and how Indiana quality programs and UPL participation intersect with PDPM performance.

Indiana HFA Renewal Reminder & Fall Conference Save the Date!

It’s Indiana HFA renewal year! Make sure you get ahead of your renewal by checking your credits. You need 40 credits to renew.

Your final chance to earn credits from LAIN before the renewal deadline is at the Fall Conference, so be sure to save the date: August 25–26 at Embassy Suites, Noblesville. You’ll have the opportunity to earn up to 9 credits.
